This is another staple green smoothie for me.  Really refreshing and perfect for the spring and summer.  This is the smoothie that featured on my I Quit Sugar Instagram takeover.

Ingredients (makes 1 large glass or 2 small glasses)

A large handful of spinach
1/3 of a cucumber or half a small cucumber
Juice of 1 lime
5 mint leaves
1 cup of frozen mango
1.5 cups of coconut water

Method

Add everything to your blender and blend.

Tips

I use a high speed blender for my green smoothies to make sure all that spinach is nicely blended.
I use measuring cups; 1 cup is 250ml

I eat this smoothie all to myself!!  Enjoy!
