Self Care Sessions

As you know I’m passionate about women and Mums looking after themselves.  So I’ve got together with Zoe Arevalo King who’s a holistic chef to bring you an afternoon just for you.

Self care sessions are a chance to take time out for yourself.  You’ll meet like-minded women, get the chance to relax and eat beautiful plant-based food lovingly made by Zoe.

There’s a different theme every time.  I’ll talk to you about the theme and cover all aspects of wellbeing; mindset, lifestyle and food.

Our next session is all about cultivating Joy.
It’s on Saturday 3rd February, 12-3pm at Zoe’s beautiful kitchen (SW6 7RQ).

You can grab your tickets here and we’ve got a limited number of Early Bird tickets at a discounted rate until the end of November.


Here’s what your Saturday afternoon will look like:

  • Welcome drinks
  • A guided meditation
  • A discussion on the theme for that day, all about health and wellbeing.

Lunch is served – a beautiful plant-based market table heaving with seasonal nourishing salads, plant proteins and tasty dips. Finished with a raw dessert and a warming latte to soothe your system.

Finish with more conversation and a final promise (you’ll have to come along to see what this is).
