Space for you

“Space for you” is exactly as it says, it’s about creating space for yourself.  In this busy life we can get caught up in everything we need to do, everyone we need to look after and we can forget to take care of ourselves.

This space is for you.  To come back to yourself, to breathe and let go of all the external noise.


Each session is slightly different but includes a guided meditation, moments of stillness and sharing with the wonderful women who are part of this space.

Everyone is welcome, whether you’re experienced in your meditation practice or if this is new for you.

It’s an intimate session, with space for just eight. A beautiful, warm space, a place just to be, with no expectations.

Bring anything you need to feel comfortable, that may be a blanket in the colder months, a meditation cushion if you have one, or it may simply be just yourself.

You will leave feeling calmer, more at ease and back in your body.

The session is run out of my home in Kings Langley, Hertfordshire.
