1/2 cup of oats
1 cup of milk (I use almond or home-made cashew milk)
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
1 1/2 teaspoons of ground linseeds
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla powser
1-2 cups of berries (I like strawberries and raspberries)
