As I grow, so does my work, and I’m pleased to share with you a new programme this year. This programme is a 3 month holistic programme. It combines nutritional therapy, powerful coaching and most importantly mindset work to help you achieve your goals and your dreams, whatever they may be.
Through my experience of working with people and my one-to-one clients, there’s one thing I firmly believe – that it’s never just about the food. It’s not just what we put in our mouths, I believe it actually starts with what we think about ourselves. The beliefs and patterns that we’ve built up over years of programming, it’s what we tell ourselves every single day, often unconsciously. I’ve experienced this myself, we all have, it’s human nature.

Most people are living their lives but they are not fully living. I don’t say this lightly. I say it with the understanding that life is hard, it can throw all sorts of different things at you. It can feel so very difficult.
But I know this too; it can also feel wonderful. It can be beautiful and exciting. You can see the wonder in everything that life has to offer – even when it’s difficult.

3 Month Programme
My 3 month programme is designed to look at the WHOLE YOU, every single part of you. Your body, your mind, your thoughts, who you are, it brings everything together. And because of this there’s no other programme like it.
I support you through your journey with weekly sessions, this momentum and support are vital for you to thrive through this process.
I combine functional medicine principles, nutritional therapy, powerful coaching techniques, and life experience to help you create change and make the shifts you need.
We get to the HEART of what’s going on for you, the root cause. Together we’ll look at how everything is interconnected, and how this is impacting your life and your health.
This programme is for you if …
You’re struggling with any element of your life, your health or your wellbeing.

Why 3 Months?
Because it takes time to make the kind of changes that make a real difference. This isn’t about putting a sticky plaster over something (I suspect you’ve already tried that), it’s about making a difference for you and your life.
I’ve learnt through working in different ways with my clients that this sets you up for real change.
- An in-depth welcome pack, a questionnaire for you to complete when you sign up for my programme. This is the start of your programme.
- A full nutritional and lifestyle assessment which looks at everything that’s impacting your health; macronutrients (fat, protein and carbohydrates), micronutrients (vitamins and minerals), lifestyle factors (e.g. stress), and exercise.
- 2-hour intensive session with me to start your programme (usually face to face in Kings Langley, Hertfordshire).
- 9 weekly one-hour sessions 1-1 with me via Skype.
- Full email contact between sessions for queries or questions that may come up (we’ll address questions that require more digging and further thought in our weekly sessions).
