Transformational coaching programme
Working with me as your coach is about getting to the HEART of what’s going on for you. Over the course of my 3 Month Programme, I guide you to see how your mind and body are interconnected, become aware of how this is impacting your wellbeing, and make the shifts you need to start living a full and nourished life.
My approach combines nutritional therapy alongside mindset work to help you achieve your goals and your dreams, whatever they may be. Everything I do rests on the power of the relationship you cultivate with yourself.
It’s never just about the food. It starts with how we think about ourselves. The beliefs and patterns that we’ve built up over years of programming, the stories we tell ourselves every single day, often unconsciously. I’ve experienced this myself, we all have, it’s human nature.
But if you’re ready to make a change, and with my support take responsibility for your life and your health, then this is the programme for you.
So often people end up in survival mode, rather than thriving. I say this with the understanding that life is hard, and often throws difficult experiences our way. I know that it can sometimes feel impossible to move forwards.
Remember this: there is always a glimmer of light. Difficult times can help us to work out what really matters, and to rediscover the power of small steps and the magic of the little things in life.
3 Month Programme
My 3 Month Programme is designed to look at the WHOLE YOU. Your body, your mind, your heart, and your soul. Bringing everything together.
I support you through your journey with weekly sessions, offering you the momentum and support you need to move forwards with more self awareness and confidence.
I combine functional medicine principles, nutritional therapy, powerful coaching techniques, and life experience, to help you create real change and develop your relationship with yourself.

Why 3 Months?
Because it takes time to make changes that make a real difference. This isn’t about putting a sticky plaster over something (I suspect you’ve already tried that), it’s about long lasting and deep transformation.
- An in-depth welcome pack and questionnaire for you to complete when you sign up. This is the start of your programme.
- A full nutritional and lifestyle assessment which looks at everything impacting your health; macronutrients (fat, protein and carbohydrates), micronutrients (vitamins and minerals), lifestyle factors (e.g. stress), and exercise.
- 2-hour intensive session with me to start your programme (usually face to face in Kings Langley, Hertfordshire).
- 9 weekly one-hour sessions 1-1 with me via Zoom.
- Full email contact between sessions for queries or questions that may come up.
What’s not included?
The cost of supplements and any functional testing I recommend.
